1. Replace the lubricating oil for the slewing drive
(1) Remove the access cover located under the turntable drive device.
(2) Remove the oil drain pipe from the holder on the upper frame and face the hose end towards the container.
(3) Use a universal joint with a sleeve extension to loosen the drain valve in the hole. Drain the oil into a suitable container.
(4) Tighten the drain valve. Hang the oil drain pipe on the holder, ensuring that the hose end is facing upwards.
(5) Remove the oil dipstick.
(6) Fill a certain amount of oil through the dipstick tube.
(7) Maintain the oil level between the top of the dipstick and the dipstick mark.
2. Check the lubricating oil level of the slewing drive
(1) The oil dipstick for the lubricating oil of the rotary table drive device is located on the rotary table device behind the boom base, and the oil dipstick is taken out.
(2) Check the oil dipstick. Maintain the oil level between the top of the dipstick and the dipstick mark. If necessary, add oil through the dipstick tube.
(3) Insert the oil dipstick.
3. Lubricating the slewing bearing gear
(1) Remove the access cover located near the boom base. Check the lubricating grease.
(2) Remove the bolts, washers, lower cover, and gasket.
(3) Check the gasket. If there is obvious damage, the gasket should be replaced. Check the lubricating grease level. The lubricating grease should be evenly distributed at the bottom of the groove.
(4) Check the lubricating grease for contamination and discoloration.
(5) If the lubricating grease is contaminated or discolored due to water. The lubricating grease should be replaced. Remove the bolts, washers, covers, and gaskets to drain the water.
(6) Lift the starting arm and rotate the upper structure 1/4 turn.
(7) Pause for a moment every 1/4 revolutions before proceeding with the rotation work, ensuring that the lubricating oil in the slewing bearing can be evenly distributed on the surface of the slewing bearing gear.

Adding too much lubricating grease can cause poor operation of the bearing and an increase in bearing temperature. Similarly, if the amount of lubricating grease used in the bearing is too small, it can also cause problems such as bearing discoloration and wear.
